- Silver is brushed by hand over a black-glazed surface. The dark ground brings the reflective brushwork into focus. The challenge is to control brush loading, coverage and edges while retaining the movement of the hand.

Materials
Porcelain made from an exclusive kaolin blend sourced from Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong, China. The blend is formulated for the functional requirements of each cup design. The porcelain body is fired at 1,220°C or higher. The silver decoration is a separate surface treatment.
Product Care
- Hand wash only. Silver decoration must not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
- Clean the metallic decoration gently with a soft sponge and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid steel wool and abrasive cleaning tools.
