Product Condition

As all cups are handmade and handcrafted, each one possesses its own unique beauty and character. The slight variations, including minor bumps or pores, are a natural result of the porcelain material and our careful crafting process. These are not considered defects.

These distinctive features make your cup unique and truly special.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that weekends and national holidays are not included in this processing time.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Read the Shipping Policy.

Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and order contents. All orders are packed and shipped off from our warehouse in China.

Please note that delivery may be delayed significantly due to shipping conditions.

Group Orders

We cannot bundle separate orders; shipping charges apply to each individual order. We only support one shipping address per order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customer Responsibility: All import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Checkout Total: Your payment to our store covers only the product price and shipping.
• Variable Rates: Since customs duties are set by local authorities, we cannot provide specific cost estimates.
• Recommendation: We strongly suggest checking your local government’s official website for import restrictions and fee structures before placing your order.

Return and Refunds

Return & Refunds

If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We provide a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable, subject to the full policy. Change-of-mind returns and customer ordering errors are not accepted.

Product Care

Are CCCLAY cups dishwasher safe?

CCCLAY ceramic cups without natural lacquer (urushi), precious-metal decoration or a paint-pen signature are dishwasher safe. Hand wash natural lacquer and precious-metal finishes. Paint-pen signed editions require dry-cloth care only. Follow the instructions for your specific product.

Use a soft cloth for cleaning and drying. Avoid steel wool and abrasive scouring pads. See CCCLAY Product Care for the full instructions.

How should I clean Elysian Pink Crackle?

This high-fired crackle-glaze cup is dishwasher safe. Clean it promptly after drinking to help prevent stains in the crackle pattern. If stains develop, soak it in water with baking soda, then clean with a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid steel wool and abrasive tools. See CCCLAY Product Care.

Can the delicate glass designs go in a dishwasher?

No. Lantern Glow, Clear Octopus, Floating Life and Ripple must be washed by hand because of their delicate hand-shaped glass forms.

How do I use the two sides of a Tilt Cup?

The thin side is designed to bring perceived acidity and sweetness into focus; the thick side is designed to bring mouthfeel and body into focus. Alternate between both sides as the coffee cools to compare your tasting experience. See the CCCLAY cup selection guide.

Can I wash the Catherine Gu signed edition?

No. The Azure Sky Catherine Gu Signed Edition has a handwritten signature made with a gold-colored paint pen. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not rinse, hand wash, soak or put it in a dishwasher. See CCCLAY Product Care.
