Refund policy

 

We strive for perfection, but if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective* item, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

Conditions for Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items purchased outside the CCCLAY Online Store.
  • Items that have been used.
  • "Change of mind" or customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered).
  • Requests made more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Lost original invoices.
  • Delivery failures due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery).
  • Issues arising from third-party forwarding services.
  • Shipping delays.

 

Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping Costs: CCCLAY covers shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Overseas Orders: Return shipping is not required for international claims.
  • Customs Duties (Replacements): If customs fees occur on a replacement item, please pay them upfront and email the invoice to hello@ccclaycoffee.com. Once verified, we will refund the duty amount via PayPal.

Do note that we are not responsible for the shipping cost of the return parcel.

*Slight variations, including minor bumps or pores, are a natural result of the porcelain material and our careful crafting process and are not considered defective items.
