As all cups are handmade and handcrafted, each one possesses its own unique beauty and character. The slight variations, including minor bumps or pores, are a natural result of the porcelain material and our careful crafting process. These are not considered defects.

These distinctive features make your cup unique and truly special.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that weekends and national holidays are not included in this processing time.

Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and order contents. All orders are packed and shipped off from our warehouse in China.

Please note that delivery may be delayed significantly due to shipping conditions.

Group Orders

We cannot bundle separate orders; shipping charges apply to each individual order. We only support one shipping address per order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via [TBC Delivery Partner]. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Customer Responsibility: All import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Checkout Total: Your payment to our store covers only the product price and shipping.
  • Variable Rates: Since customs duties are set by local authorities, we cannot provide specific cost estimates.
  • Recommendation: We strongly suggest checking your local government’s official website for import restrictions and fee structures before placing your order.

Return and Refunds

Return & Refunds

We strive for perfection, but if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective* item, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Conditions for Returns
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items purchased outside the CCCLAY Online Store.
  • Items that have been used.
  • "Change of mind" or customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered).
  • Requests made more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Lost original invoices.
  • Delivery failures due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery).
  • Issues arising from third-party forwarding services.
  • Shipping delays.

Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping Costs: CCCLAY covers shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Overseas Orders: Return shipping is not required for international claims.
  • Customs Duties (Replacements): If customs fees occur on a replacement item, please pay them upfront and email the invoice to ccclaycoffee@gmail.com. Once verified, we will refund the duty amount via PayPal.

Do note that we are not responsible for the shipping cost of the return parcel.

Care Information

Handwashing is recommended. Do not use chemical cleaners such as soap or detergent after cleaning.

After cleaning, dry the water with a soft cotton cloth. Do not rinse or dry in a dishwasher at high temperatures.

Avoid moisture and direct sunlight during storage.
